Characteristics that make mesh networking

The GATT characteristics below are used by device properties that are required by the Mesh Model specification, the Mesh Provisioning Service and the Mesh Proxy Service, excluding characteristics defined in the Bluetooth® Core Specification or in the Bluetooth Service specifications.
