GATT-based services
defined for Bluetooth mesh networks

  • Mesh Provisioning Service: Allows a Provisioning Client to provision a Provisioning Server to allow it to participate in the mesh network.
  • Mesh Proxy Service: Enables a server to send and receive Proxy Protocol Data Units (PDUs) with a client.

A device may support only one service or both services. If both services are supported, only one of these services is exposed in the GATT database at a time.
